Darin Hostel

Air conditioning is in every room at Darin Hostel. The rooms include a single room with one single bed, a double room with a king bed, and a triple room with a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace.

The triple room measures 10 m² and sleeps up to three guests, with one single bed and one queen bed. The single room sleeps one guest and the double room sleeps up to two.

The front desk runs 24 hours a day, and daily housekeeping is part of the service.Air conditioning is available in the public areas as well as in the rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and Wi-Fi is also available in the public areas.

For relaxation there is a sauna, a spa and massage, as well as a salon where you can have a haircut or a manicure. The sauna and spa sit alongside the massage and salon on site.

Darin Hostel stands on Rambutree Road in the Khaosan district of Bangkok, a backpacker area of guesthouses, street stalls and pubs in the old town of Phra Nakhon. Pubs and bars are right beside the hostel, and the lanes around it fill up with food stalls in the evening.

Khao San Road is 100 m away, with Soi Rambuttri close by. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) lies 1.1 km away, and The Grand Palace, the former royal residence, is 1.3 km from the hostel. Wat Arun, on the far bank of the Chao Phraya river, is 2 km away, and the Bangkok National Museum and Wat Phra Chetuphon (Wat Pho) are also within the old town.

The Sam Yot MRT station and the Wang Burapha train station are close by, so the rest of the city is reachable by metro. Chatuchak Weekend Market, the large weekend market in the north of the city, is much further out. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 28.3 km away, and the old town's streets are easiest to explore on foot once you arrive. A full day can start at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, then cross the river by ferry to Wat Arun.
