The Phra Chom Klao railway station is 1.5 km away and the Ladkrabang Railway Station is 1.9 km away, both on the rail network. Closer still, the Wat Pluk Sattha pagoda is 700 m away, and the Suvarnabhumi Bus Terminal is 1.2 km away.

Hua Takhe Old Market and Wat Bamrung Ruen show everyday life in this part of the city, with food stalls, temples and local streets. The Grand Palace, Wat Arun and the riverside areas are a longer trip across Bangkok, best planned as a separate day out, while the local temples and markets make a good start to a day around the eastern districts. The Wat Pluk Sattha pagoda is the closest sight to the property, so it makes an easy first stop before the longer trips into the centre.
