Beds in the dormitories are bunk beds in rooms of 26 m² and 50 m², with one bed for one guest in each. The private rooms include a Standard Single of 35 m², a Standard Double of 35 m² and a Superior Twin of 20 m², and a family room of 35 m² sleeps up to four guests.

The Deluxe Double, at 20 m², has a garden view and a double bed for two guests, while the Superior Twin has two single beds. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are part of the mixed dormitory and the female dormitory, which are both on the ground of the same hostel block.

A 24-hour front desk, an elevator and luggage storage are available, along with lockers and a shared lounge with a TV area. Daily housekeeping is provided, and the property has meeting and banquet facilities and shops. Guests can leave their bags in the luggage storage before or after a day out.

Breakfast is available à la carte, with breakfast service and restaurants on site, and English and Thai are spoken at the property. Guests can also use wireless internet access and a telephone.

Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, with Wi-Fi also in the public areas. Satellite and cable channels are offered in the rooms as well.

Banthatthong Road runs through Ratchathewi, a central Bangkok district next to the Siam shopping area, where department stores and older houses stand side by side. Nearby, the lanes towards the river hold the Ban Krua neighbourhood, known for its silk weaving, and the Jim Thompson House, the teak house of the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson.

The Ratchathewi BTS station is 600 m away, the quickest way to reach the malls of Siam, including Siam Paragon at 1.1 km, and the Skytrain runs on to Sukhumvit. The Grand Palace, at 3.8 km, and the temples of the old city are across the river from the riverside piers, reached by taxi or by the Chao Phraya river ferries. Taxis are easy to find on the main roads, and the BTS line is the simplest way to cross the centre.

A day could start at the Jim Thompson House, continue through the Siam malls and end at the riverside Asiatique The Riverfront. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, at 5.7 km, is a better choice for a full morning, with its stalls of clothes, crafts and food. Pair the Grand Palace with a walk along the riverfront for a quieter part of the day.
