The rooms at Coco@20 are built around king beds, in standard and deluxe versions. A 21 m² deluxe room has a street view, while a 17 m² standard room with air conditioning and a private bathroom sleeps two guests.

Rooms can also have a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a coffee and tea maker, a refrigerator and an in-room safe. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Sukhumvit Road is a busy main road, and the stations are the easiest way to cross the district.

Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre near Siam BTS station, is 3.4 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk in a teak house, is 4.2 km away. The Grand Palace is about 8 km away. Wat Pho, with its giant reclining Buddha, and Wat Arun, with its tall prang decorated in porcelain, are two of the main temples on the Chao Phraya river.

The BTS skytrain runs toward Siam, the central shopping area. Don Mueang International Airport is 20.4 km away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is at a similar distance. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in the city, is a longer trip away on a weekend morning, and a good day could begin at the Grand Palace and end at Asiatique, a riverside complex of shops and restaurants that makes a relaxed finish.
