Chill Guest

The rooms at Chill Guest can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, and a desk, and some rooms come with a balcony or terrace. Linen service is provided in some rooms, and a TV with cable channels is available in some rooms too.

The Deluxe Room and the Pet Friendly Deluxe Double each measure 25 m² and accommodate up to three guests. Bottled water is provided in some rooms, and non-smoking rooms are available.

Chill Guest has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, and there is a salon on site. The outdoor swimming pool and the fitness centre are both available to guests. The 24-hour front desk handles luggage storage and safety deposit boxes, and a convenience store is available for last-minute needs.

Daily housekeeping is provided, and non-smoking rooms are available, while smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking areas. Pets are allowed, though charges may apply, and English and Thai are spoken at the property.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Bottled water is provided in some rooms, and toiletries and towels are supplied in the bathrooms of select rooms.

Chill Guest sits in the Lak Song area of South Thonburi, the part of Bangkok that lies across the Chao Phraya river from the historic centre. It is a residential neighbourhood, with local markets, temple compounds and shopping malls scattered through the district. The main roads have small shops and food stalls, so the streets have a local feel rather than a tourist one.

Wat Rat Bamrung, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 650 m from the guesthouse, and the Lak Song MRT Station, 3.3 km away, is the nearest train link. Bang Khae MRT Station is also nearby, and the metro serves trips towards the centre of the city. Taxis are the usual way to cover the longer journeys from here across the city, and the convenience stores and small food stalls within the district cover everyday needs without leaving the area.

A day of sightseeing could begin at Wat Phra Chetuphon, known as Wat Pho, with its reclining Buddha, and continue across the river to the Grand Palace, which is 13.1 km from the guesthouse. Visitors who want a day of shopping can head to The Mall Bangkae, 3.2 km away, before returning to the district for the evening after a long day.
