CheQinn Hostel - Sukhumvit 4 Nana Plaza

CheQinn Hostel has shared dormitory rooms, where each guest has a bed of their own, and private rooms. Dormitory rooms sleep one or two guests. Some rooms have a city view, the Standard Room has a balcony or terrace, and the Private Double Room has its own bathroom. The Private Quadruple Room sleeps up to five guests.

Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a telephone, a flat-screen TV or a balcony, depending on the room. Bunk beds are used in the dormitory rooms, and the Standard Room and the Private Double Room have double beds. Free bottled water and daily housekeeping are offered in some rooms.

The hostel is on Sukhumvit Road in the Nana area of Bangkok, on Soi 4, where the street is busy with bars, street-food stalls and tailors' shops. Sukhumvit is one of Bangkok's main roads, lined with hotels and shops, and the Skytrain runs above it, so the neighbourhood is easy to reach by train. It is a lively part of the city.

Nana BTS Station is 200 m away and links the hostel to the Sukhumvit line. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with restaurants, a cinema and an aquarium, is 2.1 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum in a teak house with Thai art and silk, is 2.9 km away. Further off, the Grand Palace is 6.8 km away and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest markets, is 6.6 km away.

A full day could begin at the Chatuchak Weekend Market on a weekend, then continue by Skytrain to Siam for Siam Paragon and the Jim Thompson House. Siam is one of the best-known shopping districts in Bangkok. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun, a riverside temple, make a separate day out. In the evening, the streets around Nana are busy with street food and bars.
