Rooms at Borarn House can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a desk, a seating area, a refrigerator and a balcony/terrace. The Double Room and the Deluxe Room each measure 20 m² and have one double bed for up to two guests, and the Double Room also has a private bathroom.

The Standard Room sleeps up to three guests in two single beds and one king bed, while the Twin/Double Room also sleeps up to three and offers a choice of bed set-ups.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and there is also Wi-Fi in the public areas. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out, and daily housekeeping is provided. A laundromat is available for guests who want to wash their clothes at the property.
