Blue Jasmine Hostel

A good first day can combine the food stalls and temples of Yaowarat with a walk to Wat Traimit, then continue to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun across the river. In the evening the street stalls of Yaowarat are a good place to try local dishes. For a longer outing, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is across the city, with thousands of stalls open at weekends.
