Talad Plu Market is 600 m from the hotel, and the Wutthakat BTS station is 350 m away for trips to other parts of the city. Wat Arun, on the same riverbank, is 3.7 km away, with its tall prang rising above the water.

One day could begin at Talad Plu Market, continue to Wat Arun and end at The Grand Palace, 4.5 km away on the opposite bank and reached by crossing the river. Those who want to see more of the river can continue to Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside complex of shops and dining.
