Bed Station Hostel

Bed Station Hostel offers dormitory rooms with bunk beds, in mixed and female versions, alongside private rooms with a queen bed for two guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and some rooms have a private bathroom while others share one.

The private rooms measure 27 m² with a private bathroom and 25 m² with a shared one, and both have a queen bed. The private room with a bathroom has a TV with satellite and cable channels, and the room with a shared bathroom also has a flat-screen TV. Some dormitories have a city view, and air conditioning is available in several of the dormitory rooms.

Guests can use a shared lounge with a TV area, a library, a coffee shop, and a shared kitchen with a vending machine. Room service is offered, along with a concierge, luggage storage and lockers, and the hostel has an elevator.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with internet access in the public areas as well. The facilities also include 24-hour security and facilities for disabled guests, and the elevator and the library make the building easy to use.

Siam Square is one of Bangkok's busiest shopping districts, where malls, student hangouts and street food stalls sit close together. Bed Station Hostel is in the middle of it. Travellers who want shops, cinemas and the Skytrain close by, rather than the old temple quarter, will find the setting practical for their days in the city.

Jim Thompson House, a museum devoted to Thai silk set in traditional Thai houses, lies 500 m away, and the Siam Paragon mall, with the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World aquarium inside, is 800 m away. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street of Banglamphu with its bars and street food, is 3.7 km away, and the Grand Palace in the old city is 4.3 km.

Ratchathewi BTS Station, 150 m from the hostel, is the nearest link to the malls and the Siam district, and Phaya Thai station links the Skytrain with the Airport Rail Link to Suvarnabhumi Airport. A day can start with Jim Thompson House, then walk back through Siam Square to the malls and the aquarium. Khaosan Road suits the evening, while the Grand Palace and Wat Arun make a longer day across the river, with the Chao Phraya river crossing between the two sides of the city.
