The villa covers 170 m² across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. It has air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a private pool, with a sea view from the Private Villa.

The villa also has a full kitchen, a separate dining area and a sofa in the living area, along with board games, children's books and free wired internet for guests who stay in.
