Every room at BaanSathorn21 has air conditioning and a private bathroom. Most rooms have a king bed for up to two guests, and there is also a twin room with two single beds.

The Budget Double Room measures 23 m² and has a bathtub and a kitchenette. A double room with a balcony and a deluxe king room complete the choice of sleeping arrangements, all set up for a maximum of two guests.

The guesthouse offers free WiFi in all rooms, WiFi in the public areas and internet services. Free parking is available on site, and air conditioning is installed in the public areas as well as in the rooms.

Daily housekeeping, laundry service and ironing service are provided, and the reception staff speak English and Thai. BaanSathorn21 sits on Sathon 21 Alley in Sathorn, one of the business districts of central Bangkok, where office towers and older low-rise buildings stand side by side. The lanes near the guesthouse are quieter than the main roads, and the Silom and Sathorn areas around it are full of offices, restaurants and street food stalls during the working day.

Saphan Taksin BTS Station is 400 m away on the Silom Line, and the Sathorn Pier on the Chao Phraya River is a short walk further. From the river piers you can reach Asiatique - The Riverfront, 2.1 km away, a riverside area of shops and restaurants, and Wat Arun on the far bank, the temple that sits opposite the Grand Palace area at 4.6 km.

A good day could start with the temples and a ferry across the river, then continue to Bang Rak, where the Assumption Cathedral and the Bangkokian Museum show the older side of the district. In the evening the riverside is a pleasant place to finish the day with a view of the lights on the water, and the Saphan Taksin BTS Station, 400 m from the guesthouse, is the nearest skytrain stop for the return trip.
