Baan Tepa Boutique House

The rooms at Baan Tepa Boutique House run from a Standard room with a king bed to a Deluxe Room that sleeps up to four guests. Air conditioning is available in the rooms, and rooms can also have a desk, a seating area and a refrigerator.

Several rooms have a garden view, and the Superior Double Room, at 14 m², sleeps up to three guests and has a balcony or terrace. Many rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels. Baan Tepa Boutique House is in the Dusit district of Bangkok, an area of royal palaces, parks and temples that lies beside the old city. The Chao Phraya river is close by, and the Thewet ferry pier is nearby, so river boats are an easy way to move along the water.

Within a few hundred metres you will find Ladawan Palace and Suan Kulap Palace, both palace buildings in the district. Wat Benchamabophit, known as the Marble Temple, is 800 m away, and Khaosan Road, the backpacker street with its street-food stalls and guesthouses, is 1.6 km away. The Grand Palace is 2.8 km away, and Don Mueang airport is 19.1 km away. The Yommarat and Urupong stations are also within a few kilometres of the guesthouse.

A good day could begin with the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall and the wider grounds of Dusit Palace, then continue to the Marble Temple. In the evening, Khaosan Road offers street-food stalls and a lively atmosphere, while Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, lies 2.6 km away inside the Grand Palace complex. Both the Throne Hall and the Marble Temple are royal buildings in Dusit, so they make a natural pair for one outing.
