The villas have three, four or five bedrooms, several with a private pool and some with a mountain, sea or ocean view. Most offer a choice of bed set-ups, combining king, queen, double and single beds, and some have a whirlpool bathtub or a walk-in shower.

Capacity runs from six to eleven guests depending on the villa, so groups of different sizes can find a villa to match. The rooms can have air conditioning, an in-room safe, a sofa, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a balcony or terrace. In several villas, bathrobes, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided, and a baby cot is available on request.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace, along with massage and a game room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and there is free parking on site as well as parking nearby.

Lamai is a beach area on Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand, centred on a long sandy beach that stretches along the bay. Along the road behind it there are restaurants, small shops and massage places, and the hotel sits in this part of the island.

Samui Airport (USM) is the nearest airport, and the island is reached by air or by boat from the mainland. Lamai Beach is 1.7 km from the hotel, and the Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are close to the beach. The rock formations are a short distance from the sand, and they make a clear landmark along the shore. Chaweng Noi Beach is another sandy beach further along the coast, and it is a different stretch of sand from Lamai, reached by road.

A good first day could begin on Lamai Beach, continue to the Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, and finish at the Lamai Night Market, 3.2 km away. Hire cars and scooters are a practical way to reach sights further from Lamai, and Na Muang Waterfall, 4.3 km away in the inland hills, and Big Buddha, 13.7 km away, make good separate outings.
