Sea views are shared by all the villas. The villas include two-bedroom layouts and a three-bedroom villa of 104 m² that sleeps up to eight guests, with a choice of bed set-ups.

Villas of 80 m² sleep up to six or seven guests, with sea views from each one. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and guests can relax on the sun terrace or in the outdoor seating area.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, and there is a golf course within 3 km with a second one within 3 km. Free parking is available on the property, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Baan Rawee Villas sits in Chaweng Noi, in the Chaweng area of Koh Samui's east coast. Chaweng is one of the island's best-known beaches, with a long stretch of sand and a lively strip of bars, restaurants and shops behind it. Chaweng Noi Beach, 500 m away, is the nearest beach to the villas, and the lively part of Chaweng is within a few kilometres for an evening out.

Lamai Beach lies further south along the coast, and the island's interior holds Na Muang Waterfall, 8 km from the property. Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha at Bophut, is 6.9 km away, and Samui Airport is 4.5 km away, with the island's roads linking the coast to the airport and to the main sights.

A good first day could start with a swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a walk down to Chaweng Noi Beach for the afternoon. In the late afternoon, head to Big Buddha at Bophut, or to the waterfall at Na Muang if you prefer the hills, and return to Chaweng for dinner and the evening on the walking street. The walking street has bars, restaurants and shops, so the evening can be as lively or as relaxed as you like.
