The rooms at Baan Bangkok Home are air-conditioned, and most of them have a private bathroom, a desk, a microwave and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The double room measures 17 m², and two rooms of 21 m² look out on the city and on the street.

A dormitory bed is also available in a shared room. Among the nearby sights, the Grand Palace is 1.8 km away, and within its walls is the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, one of the country's most revered temples. Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, stands on the far bank of the Chao Phraya river, 2.5 km away. Democracy Monument on Ratchadamnoen Avenue is also close by. Sam Yot MRT station is 1.7 km away, and Don Mueang International Airport is 20.1 km away.

For a day out, combine the Grand Palace and Wat Arun in the morning with a walk through the old city's lanes, and in the afternoon head to Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market that is busy on weekends.
