Both villas at Ardmard Pool Villa have air conditioning and a full kitchen. Each measures 168 m² and sleeps up to four guests.

The Private Villa has its own private pool, along with a TV, linens, a hair dryer and a coffee or tea maker. The Villa has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a private entrance and a balcony or terrace, plus a microwave and a refrigerator in the kitchen.

Chaweng Noi Beach is 1.4 km away, the closest beach to the property. Wat Chaweng, a pagoda, is 1.5 km away, and the Walking Street market, with food stalls in the evening, is 1.7 km. Samui Airport is on the island itself, while Big Buddha, the hilltop statue above Bophut, is 6 km away and Na Muang Waterfall, in the island's interior, is 8.1 km away. Bangkok Hospital Samui is also close to the property, so medical help is nearby.

A day here can start with a swim at Chaweng Noi Beach, then move on to Wat Chaweng or Big Buddha. Koh Samui is reached by air, and the roads link the beaches to the sights. The day can end at the Walking Street market for dinner, and the beach road offers plenty of places to eat along the way.
