Every room has air conditioning, and the rooms range from a standard single room with a shared bathroom to a four-bedroom house sleeping up to ten guests.

In between there are a Deluxe Queen Room for up to five guests, several deluxe rooms with a queen bed and a sofa bed, and an economy double room. Some rooms have a private bathroom with toiletries and towels.

On site there is a restaurant, a snack bar and a bar, and an alternative meal arrangement is also available.

Practical services include a 24-hour front desk, a laundry service, an ironing service, luggage storage, meeting and banquet facilities and a business centre with Xerox and fax. A salon, a garden and a shared lounge with a TV round out the facilities.

For getting around, an airport transfer and a shuttle service are offered, along with car hire, and free parking is available. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, Wi-Fi is also offered in public areas, and English and Thai are spoken. For guests on longer trips, the laundry and ironing services and luggage storage cover the practical needs.

Don Mueang is a residential district in north Bangkok, a different setting from the temples and riverside sights of the old city. The guesthouse is 2.3 km from Don Mueang International Airport, the airport closest to it. Local shops and markets fill the streets close to the guesthouse, so the area feels like a working neighbourhood rather than a visitor district.

Within a short walk are the Sethasiri Backyard garden, 450 m away, and the Wat Sai Am Phan Em San pagoda, a local temple. The Open Air Night Market, 1.1 km away, is an evening market, and the Ozone One Market is nearby too. For bigger outings, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 14.2 km away and is one of Bangkok's best-known markets, open only on weekends. The Grand Palace, 21.6 km away in the old city, is a longer trip across town.

Start the morning with a walk to the garden and the pagoda, then keep the evening for the night market. For a full day out, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is best saved for a weekend, while the Grand Palace and Wat Arun in the old city need a separate day. Back at the guesthouse, the garden makes a simple end to the day after a long walk.
