The rooms at Zostel Phuket, Patong Beach range from private rooms with a king bed or two single beds to mixed dormitories with bunk beds and single beds. Air conditioning is available in the rooms, and bathrooms are private in some rooms and shared in others.

Malin Plaza Patong is 200 m from the hostel, and Bangla Road, Patong's nightlife street, is 1.4 km away, where the bars and clubs cluster after dark. Evening markets are also close by, including the Thai dragon night market, and the Chinese Temple is nearby. Farther places such as Karon Beach, 2.5 km away, are best reached by road from Patong, and the Chinese Temple is a short distance from the hostel.

Big Buddha Phuket, 6.3 km away, is a large seated Buddha statue on a hill and one of the island's best-known landmarks. Wat Chalong, the most important temple on Phuket, is also a stop for anyone who wants to see more of the island's temples, and the beaches and markets around Patong give plenty of choice for the rest of the day.
