The rooms at YYK TownHouse range from 16 m² double rooms with a private bathroom to a 150 m² villa that sleeps up to fifteen guests. The apartments measure 80 m² each, and the twin room of 18 m² has a shared bathroom.

The Wat Ngio Rai train station is 1.5 km from the property, and the Rose Garden, a garden attraction with rose beds and landscaped grounds, is 7.8 km away. Pagodas such as Wat Maha Sawat Nak Phu Tha Ram are close by, and the Fresh Market, Nakhon Chairsi, is 4.6 km away for everyday food, fruit and vegetables. Don Wai Floating Market is also in the area, so markets are an easy part of a day here.

Don Mueang International Airport is 42.2 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 57.6 km away, so both Bangkok airports are a fair distance from the property. Planning arrival around the train station and the on-site parking is useful. A good day could begin at Phra Pathom Chedi in town, continue to the Rose Garden, and end with a stop at the Fresh Market for food to take back to the property.
