La moon house

La moon house offers standard doubles of 18 m², a 30 m² deluxe suite and a 40 m² family room that sleeps up to six guests. The rooms also include a superior room with a city view, a deluxe room with two bedrooms and one bathroom, and a deluxe room with one bedroom.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Several rooms have air conditioning, and some have a city view, a desk, a refrigerator or a shower. Guests can also request a baby cot from the property, subject to availability.

The guesthouse has a 24-hour front desk, private check-in and check-out, and daily housekeeping. On-site parking is available for guests who arrive by car, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms.

Internet access is also offered, and bottled water is available. Family rooms are also available, with one sleeping up to six guests.

La moon house is in Salaya, in the Phutthamonthon district of Nakhon Pathom province, on the western edge of the Bangkok metropolitan area. The neighbourhood is quieter than central Bangkok, with residential streets, gardens and small museums close to the guesthouse. A traditional Thai house and a music museum are within a few hundred metres, so the sights are close without the bustle of the capital.

A traditional Thai house is 350 m away, the Southeast Asia Music Museum is 500 m away and the Musica Arboretum garden is 550 m away. Sala Ya Station, a railway station, is 1.4 km away, and Sala Ya Market, a local market, is 1.3 km away. Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok's two airports, are reached by road from here.

A day here could start with the gardens nearby, continue with the Southeast Asia Music Museum and the Buddhism Museum, and end at Sala Ya Market. The Thai Film Archive is a further stop for a film-minded day, and the Golden Jubilee Medicine Center, a hospital, is also nearby for guests who need medical care. The sights are spread across the neighbourhood rather than gathered in one centre, so a day out works best when it is built around two or three stops.
