Every room at yume17 has air conditioning. The accommodation runs from 42 m² studios to 180 m² villas, and each one sleeps up to six guests, so the choice ranges from a studio for two to a three-bedroom villa for a larger group.

Several villas have sea or garden views, and the villa with a private pool also has a balcony and outdoor furniture. Bed set-ups vary from one room to another, combining king, queen, single and sofa beds, and in one studio a single queen bed is the only set-up. Each room has its own size and capacity, from the 42 m² studio to the 180 m² villas.

The property offers free parking on site and free Wi-Fi in all rooms, and internet services are also available in the public areas. Air conditioning covers the public areas as well as the rooms.

The island's roads connect the coast with the villages inland, so the beaches and the other sights of the island can be reached from the villas. The beach at Haad Thong Lang is the closest one to the villas, so the sea is never far from the property.

Haad Thong Lang Beach is 200 m away, and Phangan Safari, a zoo, is 750 m from the property. Haad Chaloklum beach lies 1 km along the coast on Chaloklum Bay, and Wang Sai waterfall is also 1 km away. Wat Chaloklum, a pagoda, is 2.1 km away, and reaching the beaches further along the coast is easiest by scooter or taxi.

A day can start on Haad Thong Lang Beach, continue to the Wang Sai waterfall and end with a visit to Wat Chaloklum. Diving and snorkelling are possible in the bays nearby, and an afternoon at the Phangan Safari zoo makes a change from the beach. The Villa with Private Pool offers its own pool for a rest between outings.
