The whole villa measures 250 m² and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a private entrance, air conditioning and a full kitchen. It sleeps up to six guests and is offered with a choice of bed set-ups.

Linens, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided, and the house has a TV. The villa is rented as one property, so the whole house, its kitchen and its three bathrooms are yours alone.

The villa has free parking, and its full kitchen comes with coffee or tea making facilities, so guests can prepare their own drinks in the house. Air conditioning, a TV, linens and a private entrance are all part of the villa itself.

yamit villa stands in Thong Nai Pan Yai, a bay on Ko Pha-ngan where the beach runs along the shore and the hamlet of Baan Thong Nai Pan is close by. The bay is a small corner of the island, so the beach, the temple and the waterfall all sit close together.

The beach is 650 m from the villa, and Wat Thong Nai Pan, a pagoda, lies 550 m away. The Than Prawet Waterfall is 400 m from the villa, and both the temple and the waterfall can be reached on foot. Ao Chaloklum Bay, a bay with a small fishing village, is 5.9 km away.

For a more active day, the Jungle Flight adventure park and the ATV Speed Koh Phangan Extreme Attractions are both within a few kilometres of the villa. A day could start at the Than Prawet Waterfall, move on to Ao Chaloklum Bay in the afternoon, and end back on the beach at Thong Nai Pan Yai. Getting to Ko Pha-ngan means a boat, from the nearby island of Samui, where Samui Airport is 24.7 km from the villa, or from the mainland. Free parking is available at the villa for guests who drive around the island.
