Wangnamkhao Resort

The accommodation at Wangnamkhao Resort is mostly bungalows, several of them 20 m² and one room 21 m². Some overlook a river, and some sleep up to four guests.

The Emerald Pool (Sa Morakot), a green-tinted hot-spring pool surrounded by forest, is 13.1 km away, and the saline hot spring of Khlong Thom is 6.7 km away. The Klongtom Museum and the Namtok Ron hot-spring waterfall are also nearby, and the Khao Pra-Bang Khram Wildlife Sanctuary is nearby. Ao Nang Beach, the busy resort town on the coast, is 41.1 km away, and Krabi International Airport is 32.5 km from the resort, so reaching the coast means a road journey.

A day could begin at the Emerald Pool and continue to the hot springs and the Klongtom Museum, then the Namtok Ron waterfall. For the sea, boat trips from Ao Nang reach Railay, a peninsula of limestone cliffs, and the Hong Islands. Boat trips to the islands are a day out on their own, so it is best to plan the sea and the hot springs on separate days.
