The whole property is one 100 m² home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, air-conditioned and fitted with a flat-screen TV, a shower and towels.

Wat Suwan Khiri Wihan, a pagoda 800 m away, is the nearest landmark, and the Raksa Warin hot spring lies 2.8 km away, in an area that also has an arboretum. The bus station is 3.1 km from the house and Ranong Airport is 24.1 km away, so the last leg from the airport is by road. Ranong Hospital is also in town, and the Ranong Customs Pier is 5.2 km away.

A good day could start at the pagoda, continue to the Raksa Warin hot spring and its arboretum, and finish at the night food market, where local dishes are sold in the evening. The springs are a natural place to end a day of exploring the town. Ranong is a quieter base than the islands, and the main sights are close enough to plan in a single day.
