Villa Bianca sits in this area, and Salad Beach is about 200 m away, so the sand is within a short walk of the villa. The villa's private pool gives guests a place to swim without leaving the grounds, while the beach offers a change of scene.

Around the villa, the island offers a mix of waterfalls, bays and temples. Wang Sai Waterfall is 1.8 km away, and Ao Chaloklum Bay is 3.7 km away, both good for a day out from Haad Yao. Wat Sri Thanu, a Buddhist pagoda temple, is also nearby, and a local food market lies a few kilometres further on.

Ko Pha-ngan has no airport, so arrival is by boat from Ko Samui, where Samui Airport is 28.2 km across the water. A day can begin with a swim at Salad Beach, continue to the Wang Sai Waterfall and end with a meal in the villa's kitchen. The Food Market and Wat Sri Thanu are also within a few kilometres of the villa, so a short outing inland can be combined with a day at the beach.
