The nearest stretch of sand is Ao Plaaylaem Beach, 250 m away, and Wok Tum Beach is also close. Thong Sala, the island's main town, is 1.8 km from the property, and the Ko Pha-ngan Pier ferry terminal is 2 km away. Samui Airport, on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, is 21.7 km away, and reaching Ko Pha-ngan from there means crossing the sea by boat, so the last part of the journey is on the water.

A good day starts on Ao Plaaylaem Beach, and in the afternoon you can head into Thong Sala for a walk around the town. The Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint is also nearby, a spot to watch the sun go down over the water when the tide is low. Diamond Muay Thai, a Muay Thai venue 1.2 km away, is an option for anyone who wants to train while on the island.
