Rooms at the design house sleep up to three guests. One of the rooms has air conditioning, and another has a terrace.

The house has been freshly renovated and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It sits in a quiet part of Ko Pha-ngan, with Hin Kong Beach 150 m from the house.

The property has a garden and on-site parking. A smoking area is also provided, and air conditioning is available in one of the rooms.

Hin Kong is a quieter corner of Ko Pha-ngan, where Hin Kong Beach lies 150 m from the house and village life moves at an easy pace. A few cafés and restaurants line the local roads, and a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy are within walking distance.

Around the village, the nearby sights include beaches, temples and a viewpoint. Wat Sri Thanu, a temple in the Sri Thanu area, is 1.1 km away, and Ao Sri Thanu beach is 1.5 km away. The Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint, 800 m from the house, is a place to watch the sun go down over the water when the tide is low. Ko Pha-ngan is an island, so the last leg of any trip from Ko Samui is by boat.

A good day here can start with a swim at Hin Kong Beach, continue with a walk to Wat Sri Thanu and the Food Market, and end at the viewpoint for the sunset. Those who want to go farther can take a longer trip to Haad Son Beach Koh Phangan, 2.7 km away. Walking is the simplest way to reach the nearby beaches and temples from the house. The island's best-known full moon parties take place at Haad Rin, so the quiet of Hin Kong is a different experience.
