Ventus Phangan

The rooms at Ventus Phangan come in several layouts: duplex rooms, deluxe rooms with a balcony, a mountain view or a corner position, and a corner suite. Some rooms have a city view and others a mountain view, so the choice of outlook depends on the room you book.

Several rooms come with a private bathroom, a shower and a hair dryer, and some offer a streaming service like Netflix. The Duplex Family Room and Duplex Quadruple Room have no lift, as their building has only two floors, and several rooms have a choice of bed set-ups.

The grounds include an outdoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, along with a fitness centre, a garden and a terrace. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and breakfast is served à la carte or as a buffet. There is also a bar with a happy hour and a poolside bar, and Asian cuisine is served in the restaurant.

The front desk is open 24 hours, and express check-in and check-out are offered, as well as luggage storage, safety deposit boxes and daily housekeeping. Soundproof rooms are available, and there is a shuttle service and a taxi service. Free parking is available, and guests can communicate in English and Thai.

Haad Rin is a lively beach village on Ko Pha-ngan, where the sand, the bars and the restaurants sit close together. The hotel is 220 m from the beach, so the sand and the village are both close on foot. The hotel's own pool and poolside bar are there for a break from the sand.

Within a short distance are the Full Moon Party site, 450 m from the hotel, and the Haad Rin Queen ferry terminal, the pier for boat crossings from the village. The Full Moon Party takes over the beach on nights of the full moon, when the village is at its busiest. Samui Airport (USM) is 14.4 km away on Ko Samui, the neighbouring island, so getting to the hotel from the airport includes a sea crossing. The hotel has a shuttle service and a taxi service.

A simple day here can start with a swim at Haad Rin Beach, a short walk from the hotel, and continue through the village to the pier to watch the boats come and go. Evenings can be spent in the village bars, and on full moon nights the beach becomes the venue for the Full Moon Party. Because the pier is close, a boat trip is easy to add to a day on the sand.
