Varin Beach Resort

The rooms at Varin Beach Resort all have free Wi-Fi, and most have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, along with satellite and cable channels, a telephone and blackout curtains.

Several rooms measure 28 m² and have a king bed for up to two guests, and some have garden views. The Villa measures 30 m². The Air Family room sleeps up to three guests, and the Aira 2 Bed has two king beds for two guests.

Varin Beach Resort has restaurants and a coffee shop on site, and a buffet breakfast and a halal breakfast are served. Shops, tours, ticket services and luggage storage are available.

Varin Beach Resort is on Pattaya Beach on Ko Lipe, a small island in Satun province, in the Andaman Sea off southern Thailand. The sand starts 50 m from the resort, and the island is small enough to explore on foot, with its village of shops and eateries close to the beach. Its beaches, village and pier sit close together, so much of the island can be reached on foot. Ko Lipe is reached by boat from the mainland, and the island has no airport of its own.

The Walking Street and the Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal are close by, and the terminal, where boats from the mainland arrive, is 100 m away. Sunset Beach lies 650 m away and Karma Beach 850 m, both a short walk from the resort. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island, is 6.2 km away by boat.

A typical day here might begin with a swim at Pattaya Beach, continue with a walk to Sunset Beach or Karma Beach, and end with an evening on the Walking Street. Boat trips to nearby islands, Koh Adang among them, are the main way to see the wider area. In the rainy season, rough seas can stop boat trips, so plans on the water may change.
