Uthai Thani Houses

Uthai Thani Houses sits in this countryside, and the hamlets around it, such as Ban Bung Fang and Ban Nam Wing, are only a few kilometres away. The area is best explored with a few day trips to the nearby sights.

Within a short distance are several sights. The Hup Pa Tat cave is 1000 m away, and Khao Pla Ra, a hill where prehistoric colour drawings are found, is 1.6 km away. Further out, the Wat Thep Muang Thong pagoda is 5 km away, and the Tham Pratun non-hunting area, a protected stretch of countryside, lies 6.7 km away. The Wat Pa Nikhom Samakkhi pagoda and the peak of Khao Khong Chai, another hill to explore, are also in the area, and the villages of Ban Pradu Yuen and Ban Pong Koi lie further out.

Most of the sights are a few kilometres from the property, spread over hills and villages, so a car is the easiest way to see them, and free parking is available on site. A full day could start at Khao Pla Ra to see the drawings, then continue to the pagodas and the villages further out, stopping at several places along the way.
