The rooms at uouRangnamHouse range from a 40 m² double room to two 80 m² villas, and one room is assigned on arrival. Most rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and air conditioning is found in several of them.

Bed set-ups mix queen beds, futons and sofa beds, and the two villas sleep up to six and seven guests. The arrival room sleeps up to three guests, so each type suits a different group size.

Office towers and hotels sit alongside the malls, and the area stays busy from morning until late in the evening.

Victory Monument BTS station is 500 m away, and the Airport Rail Link station at Ratchaprarop is close by. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with cinemas and an ocean aquarium, is 1.5 km away. Jim Thompson House, the former home of the American silk entrepreneur it is named after, is 1.7 km away. Santi Phap Park and Suan Pakkad Palace, a museum of Thai art set among traditional wooden houses, are both within a few hundred metres of the property.

A typical day could start at the Grand Palace, 5.4 km away, then cross the river to Wat Arun, and finish with a stroll through the Siam shopping streets. Both sights are easy to combine in a single morning, since Wat Arun lies across the river from the Grand Palace. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, is a longer trip across the city for a morning out.
