The rooms at uniQue boutiQue Resort are suites, from the Grand Deluxe suites to the penthouse suites. Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, an in-room safe, bathrobes, a hair dryer, a coffee or tea maker and a balcony or terrace.

Bedding includes king beds, and some penthouse suites offer a choice of bed set-ups. Several rooms look out over the mountains or the ocean, and the suites with a private bathroom include a bathtub or a walk-in shower. A fish market sits close to the beach, so the area has a working local side as well as its temples and resorts.

Wat Plai Laem, a temple 600 m from the resort, is an easy stop nearby, and Bangrak Pier, a ferry terminal 500 m away, is close by. Samui Airport is 1.9 km away on the island itself, so flying in is the simplest way to reach the resort. Choeng Mon Beach lies further along the coast, and Fisherman's Village in Bophut has shops and cafés by the water.

A good day could begin at the Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem, then move on to Fisherman's Village and Choeng Mon Beach, or spend the afternoon on the sand at Hat Bang Rak. Koh Samui is an island, so a journey from the mainland ends by boat. Back at the resort, the spa offers massage, a sauna and a steam room, and the beaches and temples here are close enough to combine in a single day.
