Rooms at Twin Inn Hotel are air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom with a shower, a television with satellite and cable channels, and a mini bar. The Superior Room measures 24 m² and sleeps up to three guests, with a choice of bed set-ups and a city view.

The area is for visitors who want to be close to the island's museums, temples and night markets rather than on the sand, and who prefer walking around a working town to lying by the sea.

Within a kilometre are the Thavorn Phuket Museum, the Plein Poa Night Market and the Talad Kaset market, and the Peranakan Museum is also nearby, in the old town. Rassada Pier, 2.8 km away, is the ferry terminal for boats to the islands, and the Phuket Town bus station is 1.3 km from the hotel. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is the island's most revered temple and lies 6.6 km away, while Patong Beach is 10.6 km away.

A good day can start at the Peranakan Museum and the shophouse streets of the old town, followed by a stroll through the Talad Kaset market. In the afternoon you can head out to Patong Beach, home to Bangla Road and its bars, or visit Wat Chalong for a quieter half-day of temples.
