Traveller's Palm

The rooms at Traveller's Palm are bungalows and rooms, and several of them measure 30 m². Depending on the room, you can find air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a balcony or terrace, a refrigerator, a desk, a closet and soundproofing. Some rooms have a mountain view, others a garden or nature view.

The Deluxe Bungalow, the Terrace Bungalow and the Double Room sleep up to two guests. The Triple Room and the Comfort Bungalows sleep up to three, and the Triple Room has three single beds. The Terrace Bungalow also has a nature view and a balcony or terrace, so the choice depends on the view you want from your room.

Traveller's Palm offers free parking, and its Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and in the public areas. The property also has internet services and a laptop workspace, and the public areas have air conditioning. The rooms can have a balcony or terrace, a refrigerator, a desk, soundproofing and individual air conditioning.

Thong Sala is the main town on Ko Pha-ngan, a practical and lively area built around the ferry pier, with shops, food stalls and a market. Traveller's Palm stands in the town itself rather than on a quiet headland, so the supermarket and everyday amenities are a short walk away. The town is the island's busy hub, and most of what you need day to day is close enough to reach on foot.

Wat Pra Yai, a pagoda 400 m away, is one of the sights closest to the hotel, and the island's Chinese temple is nearby too. Ao Bang Charu is a beach close by, while Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach, 8.8 km away, is a bay with a quieter, more secluded feel.

The Ko Pha-ngan Pier, 2.5 km away, is the island's ferry terminal. The island has no bridge: the closest airport, Samui Airport on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, is 18.9 km away, and the last stage of the journey is by boat, while Surat Thani Airport on the mainland is 114.3 km away. The roads between Thong Sala, the beaches and the villages make a day trip to a beach or a pagoda easy to organise.
