Tony's Place Ayutthaya

The rooms at Tony's Place Ayutthaya are sized for couples, solo travellers and small groups. A 30 m² room and a 40 m² room each sleep up to two guests, and another room sleeps up to three.

Guests can spend their days among the ruins and return in the evening to a neighbourhood of local life.

Ayutthaya Train Station is 700 m from the guesthouse, and the railway links the city with Bangkok. Wat Mahathat, known for a Buddha head set in the roots of a tree, is about 1 km away, and Wat Phanan Choeng Worawihan, which houses a large seated Buddha image, lies 1.7 km away. Wat Chaiwatthanaram, a Khmer-style temple on the Chao Phraya riverbank, is 4.2 km away, and the Chao Phrom Market is 350 m from the guesthouse.

A day could begin at Wat Mahathat, continue through the Historic City of Ayutthaya to Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, and end at the Ayothaya Floating Market & Elephant Village. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet stands on the grounds of the old royal palace and is known for its three large chedis.
