Air conditioning comes with the rooms at TomangOh Vintage Resort, and the outlook varies: several rooms face the pool, others have a garden view or a lagoon view, and others have a nature view. Floor areas and bed set-ups change from one room to the next, from a room for two guests to a villa with a bathtub and a shower.

The province is known for its waterfalls and its links with the forested highlands of Khao Yai.

Khao Yai National Park, part of a UNESCO World Heritage forest complex, lies 25.1 km away and offers trails through forest and grassland. Its forests are home to wildlife such as gibbons and elephants. Closer to the resort, Lan Rak Waterfall is 5.7 km away and Sarika Waterfall is 7 km away, while Wat Tham Sarika, a temple, is 5.3 km away. The Commemoration of King Rama IX Public Park lies 6.4 km away.

A good day out could combine the two waterfalls with the temple, then continue to the national park for a longer walk. The waterfalls run strongest in the rainy season. Visitors who spend more time in the area can explore the national park's forests on foot, and the waterfalls make a quieter afternoon. Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok is the main international gateway, and the province is reached by road from the capital.
