Every room at Veena Cafe has a garden view. The rooms range from a 25 m² house-style room to the 180 m² 2 Bedroom Deluxe, and each one has a private bathroom.

Some rooms have a dining table, a microwave and a refrigerator, and bathrobes and toiletries are provided in the Deluxe Home and the 2 Bedroom Deluxe. The rooms are arranged for guests who want space to spread out, with a choice of bed set-ups in the house-style units.

Veena Cafe offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and free parking, with a 24-hour front desk and room service. Restaurants, a coffee shop and food delivery are part of the offering, and there is also an a la carte restaurant. Non-smoking rooms are available.

The province lies north-east of Bangkok and is known for its countryside, its waterfalls and the national parkland of Khao Yai, which is the most widely visited natural area nearby. Much of the landscape around the town is farmland and forest, so the countryside is close to the property and easy to reach.

Within a few kilometres are Wat Pho Sai, a pagoda 2 km away, and the Rong Kluea Nakhon Nayok Market, 2.1 km away. Wat Phrammani, another pagoda, is close by, and the Thai Phuan Folk Museum lies 6.1 km away. Sarika Waterfall is 10.2 km from the property, so a car makes the sites easier to reach, and the property has free parking.

A full day could start at Khao Yai National Park, 28 km away, a forested park known for its trails and waterfalls, and end with the pagodas and markets closer to the property. The waterfalls and the temples make a good mix for a day trip from the area, and the free parking at the property makes it simple to set out in the morning and return in the evening.
