The Bhumirak Dhamachart Natural Center Project, a nature reserve, is 700 m away. Sam Chan Rapids, a waterfall with rapids, lies 1.1 km away, and Wat Nang Rong, a pagoda, is 1.7 km away. The Wang Takhrai waterfall is further out, and the Mini-Zoo is 4.1 km away, both in the local countryside. Sam Chan Rapids and Wat Nang Rong are both close to the resort. Khao Yai National Park, a large forest park with trails and wildlife, lies 15.9 km away.

A day out could start at the nature reserve and the rapids, continue to the pagoda at Wat Nang Rong, and end at the Mini-Zoo. For a longer outing, Khao Yai National Park is the main draw, and the free on-site parking at the resort makes the drive out simple. Waterfalls and forest paths make up most of the day trips from here, and the Mini-Zoo fits easily between the other stops on that route.
