The rooms at Thirty Tree Garden House are bungalows and family rooms of 12 to 30 m². Each one has a private bathroom and individual air conditioning, and capacity runs from two to six guests.

Blackout curtains, toiletries and towels are provided in every room. Family rooms sleep up to six guests, and the bungalows sleep two to four, so the rooms cover a range of group sizes, from couples to larger families travelling together.

The surroundings are those of a working town rather than a resort strip, with streets, parks, markets and a rail station within a short distance. Most sights are a few kilometres away, so time in town is spent exploring the streets and markets at your own pace.

Arphakorn Kiattiwong Park is 1.4 km from the property, a public park in the town. Chumphon National Museum is 1.5 km away, and Chumphon Night Market is 1.6 km away, where evening stalls sell food and local goods. Chumphon train station is 1.8 km away, and trains run north towards Bangkok and south towards Surat Thani from there.

Chumphon is also a departure point for boats to Ko Tao, so the town is a practical stop for travellers heading to the islands.
