The Title Condo Rawai

The rooms at The Title Condo Rawai are serviced apartments, with air conditioning and a balcony or terrace in both. A one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to five guests with a choice of bed set-ups, a full kitchen, a washing machine and a private pool, and a studio of 28 m² sleeps one guest.

The one-bedroom apartment also has a garden view and a whirlpool bathtub, and the studio is a compact room for a solo stay with its own balcony or terrace.

The Title Condo Rawai sits in Rawai, a fishing village in the south of Phuket that is quieter than the resort beaches of the west coast. Ra Wai Beach is 50 m away, and the village's fish market and pier are nearby. Nai Harn Beach, Kata Beach and Karon Beach all lie along the same stretch of coast, so a beach day can be varied without going far.

Getting around Phuket usually means a car or scooter, since the sights are spread across the island. Wat Nai Harn, a pagoda in the Nai Harn area, and the Phuket Seashell Museum are both nearby, and Big Buddha Phuket, the large seated Buddha on the hills above Chalong, is 6.3 km away. Patong Beach, the best-known beach resort on the island, is 13.1 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 37.8 km from the property.

A full day could start at the Rawai fish market, continue to Promthep Cape, the southern tip of the island where a monastery stands near the cliffs, and finish on Nai Harn Beach. Big Buddha Phuket and Patong Beach make the other half of the day, reached by road from the south, and Wat Nai Harn is a pagoda in the same area as Nai Harn Beach.
