Residence Rawai

The accommodation at Residence Rawai includes two villas, one with a garden view and one with a mountain view, and a Standard Room with kitchenware, a dishwasher and individual air conditioning. The villas have private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and satellite or cable channels.

The Two-Bedroom Villa measures 240 m² and sleeps up to four guests. The Standard Room measures 250 m² and sleeps up to six. In the villas, streaming services such as Netflix are available alongside the television.

Residence Rawai has an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub, and its garden and terrace give guests space to spend time outside. On site there is also a golf course, a tennis court, billiards and a playground. A family room is offered. Daily housekeeping, a laundry service and private check-in and check-out are provided.

Residence Rawai is in the Nai Harn area of southern Phuket, a neighbourhood of hills, villas and quiet side roads. Nai Harn Beach, a long sandy bay with a freshwater lake behind it, is 3.2 km away. The area feels calmer than the busy resort strip of Patong, with fewer bars and a slower pace in the evenings, and the hills behind the bay give the neighbourhood a quieter setting for a stay of several days, with plenty of space between the properties.

Big Buddha Phuket, the seated Buddha on a hilltop, is 3.4 km away. Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's best-known temples, is 5.5 km away and draws visitors throughout the day. Rawai Pier, on the seafront, is the departure point for boats to nearby islands, and a fish market and a row of food stalls give the Rawai side of the island a local feel.

Phuket International Airport is 34.7 km away, reached by road because Phuket is linked to the mainland by a bridge. For a full day, visit Wat Chalong in the morning, spend the afternoon at Nai Harn Beach and stroll along the Rawai seafront in the evening, when the fish market and food stalls are at their liveliest.
