The Terraza Condotel

All the rooms at The Terraza Condotel have air conditioning and a private bathroom. They measure from 20 to 45 m² and sleep between two and four guests, in apartment-style units that include studios, double and twin rooms and a junior suite. Most have a full kitchen and a sauna, and the building has an elevator.

Two of the studios have a mountain view. The Budget Double or Twin Room, at 20 m², sleeps two, and the Junior Suite, at 45 m², sleeps up to four guests and offers a choice of bed set-ups. The Studio with Mountain View and the Superior Studio both sleep up to three guests.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool that is open all year, along with a fitness centre, a sauna, a garden and a sun terrace. A lift serves the building, and there is bicycle parking for guests who cycle.

Wat Lamai, a Buddhist temple in the village, is a short walk, and boat trips and scuba diving are available in the surrounding area. Car hire is offered for trips further around the island, and Samui International Airport is 9.3 km away.

A good day could start with a swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a stroll along Lamai Beach and a visit to Na Muang Waterfall, 5.9 km from the property. In the evening, the Lamai Night Market is a short walk away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue, lies further round the island. Boat trips and scuba diving are available nearby, so the sea is easy to reach from the property.
