The Terraza Condo

The Terraza Condo is a single apartment of 42 m² with one bedroom, a Queen bed and room for up to two guests. Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace are part of the apartment, which also has a private pool.

Guests who arrive by car can use the free parking on site. Lamai Beach is 300 m from the apartment, so the sand is a short walk away for the whole stay.

Free parking is available on site at The Terraza Condo. The property is smoke-free, and the languages spoken include English, Russian and Thai.

Inside the apartment there is air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. A private bathroom and a balcony or terrace are also part of the apartment.

The Terraza Condo sits in Lamai, a beach village on Koh Samui with a long sandy bay, a mix of small hotels, bars and restaurants, and a lively evening scene along the main road. The sand is a short walk from the apartment, and the rest of the village is close by for an evening out.

Around the village there are several easy stops. Lamai Night Market, 550 m from the apartment, sells street food and everyday goods in the evening, and Wat Lamai pagoda, 850 m away, is a Buddhist temple worth a short visit. Hin Ta and Hin Yai, the rock formations known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, lie 1.7 km away on the coast, and their shapes are one of the island's best-known sights. Na Muang Waterfall, 5.9 km inland, is a forest waterfall to visit from the coast.

Lamai Beach, 300 m away, is the day's natural starting point, with the sea a few minutes from the apartment on foot. Boat trips and scuba diving are available in the area, so the sea is an easy addition to a beach day. Fisherman's Village in Bophut, an old harbour area with shops and restaurants, is a good choice for an evening out on the island.
