The Retreat Khaolak Resort

The rooms at The Retreat Khaolak Resort include a Deluxe Twin Room, a Deluxe room with a nature view, a Deluxe Double Pool View room, a Deluxe Double Bed Room, a Deluxe Room (No Window), a Deluxe Double Room and a Room Assigned on Arrival. The Deluxe Twin Room, the Deluxe room and the Deluxe Double Bed Room measure 36 m², and the rooms sleep between two and four guests.

Ton Chong Fa Waterfall is 6.3 km away, and Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park is 8.3 km away, a forest park with waterfalls. Similan National Park is reached by boat from the coast, and Koh Tapu, the limestone island in Phangnga Bay, is also a boat trip away. Phuket International Airport is 65.8 km from the resort.

A day could start on Khuk Khak Beach, then go on to the Tsunami Museum, which covers the 2004 tsunami and its effect on the area, and the Khao Lak Elephant Home. Alternatively, head into Khao Lak-Lam Ru for a forest walk and a waterfall. Bang Niang Market and Bang Niang Beach are also in the area, and the Pakarang Surf School is also nearby, so the coast offers plenty of choice for a day out.
