Accommodation at The Pe La Resort Phuket includes suites, villas and apartments, several of them with a garden view. Layouts range from one-bedroom suites to two-bedroom suites and apartments, which give more space to groups travelling together.

Kamala is a beach area on the Phuket coast with a village character, a short way from the busier nightlife of Patong. The beach is the main attraction, and small shops and food stalls line the streets close to the hotel, so the pace is calmer than in Patong. It suits a beach holiday with a day or two of sightseeing, rather than a stay built around bars.

The hotel is close to local markets: LanKamala market and the Kamala seafood and fruit market are a few hundred metres away, and Baan Kamala Temple is a short walk. Phuket FantaSea, the large cultural theme park with its evening show, is 1.5 km away, and Patong Beach is 4.7 km away when you want a busier beach day with more restaurants and bars.

A full day could start on Kamala Beach and continue to Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered temples, then to the Big Buddha on its hilltop, 13.6 km from the hotel. Phuket International Airport is 18.7 km away. The island is linked to the mainland by road, so taxis and hired cars can take you to the main sights, and the Bangla Road strip in Patong remains an option for the evening.
