Every room has air conditioning. The rooms look out over the mountains or the pool, and the pool-view rooms have a private entrance. Capacity goes up to eight guests, and one suite measures 70 m² with a pool view.

Bang Thao is a beach district of Phuket, quieter than the busy resort town of Patong. Bang Tao Beach, a long stretch of sand, is 900 m from the hotel, and the area suits guests who want a beach stay without the nightlife of Patong. Ban Bang Thao, the local village, is also close by.

The Bang-Tao Night Market can be reached on foot, and Phuket FantaSea, a culture and entertainment complex with shows, is 3.2 km away. Patong Beach is 8.5 km away, with the bars and nightlife of Bangla Road, and Phuket International Airport is 14.2 km away. Wat Chalong, the most important temple on the island, is 15.8 km away. Wat Anamai Kasem, a temple, is also a short walk from the hotel.

A full day could begin with a swim at Bang Tao Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha on the hills near Chalong, and end at the Bang-Tao Night Market. A quieter day can start at the solarium at the hotel and continue on the sand at Bang Tao Beach. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are other well-known beaches on Phuket, and car hire is available at the property for trips further afield.
