Guests can choose between rooms with a private bathroom, such as the Deluxe Room with a king bed, and mixed or female dormitory beds with bunk beds. The Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and two bunk beds.

Nai Yang Beach is a long, quiet stretch of sand next to Sirinat National Park, in the Thalang district of Phuket, away from the nightlife of Patong. Phuket International Airport is 1.1 km from the hostel, and the area feels calmer than the busy resort strips of Patong or Karon. The beach is wide and sandy, and its quiet stretch makes it a practical base for travellers arriving by air.

Within a short distance, the Ni Yang Night Market is 800 m away and Wat Mongkonwaram temple is 900 m away, both good for an evening stroll. Maikhao Beach, 3.2 km away, is a wide stretch of sand where aircraft pass low overhead, and the Splash Jungle Water Park is 1.8 km away for a day of pools and slides. Wat Mongkonwaram is a Buddhist temple, so the visit offers a quieter pace than the beach, and the water park gives a livelier change of scene.

A good day starts on Nai Yang Beach and continues along the coast of Sirinat National Park, where the beach is wide and sandy. Phuket Aquarium and Phuket Zoo are also nearby, and tours can be arranged at the tour desk. Reef snorkelling is also possible further along the coast, and the restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner for anyone heading back from the sea.
