The Kee Resort & Spa

The rooms at The Kee Resort & Spa are mostly 40 m², and the Seaview Suite measures 80 m². Each room sleeps up to three guests, and the rooms come with an electric kettle, bathrobes and a hair dryer. Several rooms look out over the pool, and the Seaview Suite has a sea view.

Beds include king beds, single beds and sofa beds, and several rooms combine a sofa bed with a king bed or with two single beds, so a third guest can be accommodated. Some rooms also have a walk-in shower, and a baby cot or crib can be requested for infants.

The Kee Resort & Spa is on Thaveewong Road, the main road through Patong, one of Phuket's best-known beach towns on the island's west coast. Patong Beach is about 200 m away, and the sand is the focus of daytime life in the town. In the evenings Bangla Road and the streets around it fill with bars, night markets and street stalls, and the area stays lively late. Walking the beach road at dusk is an easy way to see the town at its busiest.

Several sights lie close by.Jungceylon Shopping Center, 400 m away, has shops, restaurants and entertainment under one roof. Banzaan Fresh Market, with its night market, sells local food and goods. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the island's most revered temples and lies about 6.8 km away, while the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop, 7.7 km away, offers wide views over Phuket. Phuket FantaSea, the cultural theme park with evening shows, is also in the area.

Phuket International Airport is 24.1 km away, so the trip from the airport is by road, and car hire and a shuttle service are offered at the resort. A good day here could begin with the beach, continue to Wat Chalong and end with a show at Phuket FantaSea.
