the Fusion Resort

The rooms at the Fusion Resort are villas, bungalows and superior rooms measuring between 24 and 40 m². They have double, king, queen and single beds, and some offer a sofa bed. Some rooms look onto the garden and others onto the pool, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with the same standard of Wi-Fi in each.

Rooms with a private bathroom come with a shower and toiletries, and several also have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. The Villa Family and the Family Bungalow sleep up to four guests, and several rooms sleep two or three.

The Fusion Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge/TV area with comfortable seating and a large-screen TV. The Fusion Resort is in Chalong, an area of Phuket island known for its temples, its pier and several Muay Thai gyms close by. It suits guests who want to explore the island's temples and beaches without staying in the nightlife areas, and the resort itself has a garden, an outdoor pool and a shared lounge on site.

Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's best-known Buddhist temple complexes, is 1.2 km away, and Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 4.6 km away. Karon Beach is 5.5 km away and Patong Beach is 6.6 km away, while Phuket International Airport is 28.6 km from the resort and the airport is reached by road. Chalong Pier, the boat pier for trips to the islands around Phuket, is also close by.

A day here could start at the temples in Chalong, continue with Big Buddha on its hill and end with a walk on Karon or Patong beach. Phuket Botanic Garden is a green place to walk, and the Rattachai Muay Thai Gym runs day classes nearby. Back at the resort, after a day of temples and beaches, the garden and the shared lounge make a quiet end to the day.
